We are a boutique vintage and specialty rental company serving Toronto, the GTA, Durham Region and beyond. Our one-of-a-kind decor rentals bring a romantic charm to create an inviting experience for your guests. We are the perfect fit for micro weddings, intimate gatherings, backyard events, as well as larger weddings of any size needing unique details and decor.

Southern Charm is geared for the ambitious DIY brides looking to roll up their sleeves and create. And we love working with event planners, decorators, photographers, stylists, caterers, bakeries, and anyone looking for unique, vintage style. We help bring your inspiration to life with our large selection of over 120 cake stands, 120 chalkboards, gold and glam mirrors and seating charts, wine barrels, vanities, settees, lounges and countless other props including vintage accent tables, chandeliers, donut walls, ladders, luggage, crates, tubs, vintage whimsy and more.

I had such a positive experience working with Kathie. She will do whatever she can to make your day special. Her peices are absolutely beautiful. I rented chairs for a small backyard wedding and it was more than I could have imagined it to be. Pickup and drop-off were simple and easy. Kathie was such an amazing collection of vintage rentals that were just stunning! I am absolutely sure my guests will still be raving about her rentals for years to come! Working with her was such a pleasure, as she is so dedicated to ensuring that your vision turns out exactly the way you want or better! The latter in my case! Although, I ordered so many pieces from her without any regrets, she made the setup process so smooth just because of the way she organized and packaged all the items, which helped a lot in conserving time! She is also so accommodating and quick to respond to emails, which is amazing under the pressures of coordinating and planning an entire event! I can't wait to work with her in the future! And thank you to Debbie for being such a great help throughout the delivery and pick-up process! Couldn't have done it without her either!

Kathie is one of the sweetest people I have ever worked with! She makes you feel so special when working with her and really listens to everything you say to help make your decor perfect for any occasion! I have rented from her for over 5 different occasions over the past 3 years and has NEVER disappointed. Everything is always STUNNING!! She is also super accommodating and always responds in a quick timeframe. I will definitely be back for more occasions as her rentals are a staple to have at any of my events!

Had really bad experience ------------------------------------------ Very unprofessional people. They were try to grab the security deposit while returning with silly reasons. Be careful and try to avoid them. I won't recommend and its my biggest mistake to use their service. Please must avoid.
