We held my daughters wedding here a few years ago and had a couple of major problems with the food. When we went for the tasting we tried all the different potato options and one was outstanding. Small crispy roasted potatoes, which we went with. Also at the tasting the dinner rolls were not fresh and I was assured that they would be for the wedding day. I was so embarrassed at the wedding. The potatoes that were served were obviously done the day prior and warmed up. They were tough, lukewarm and also looked terrible. I couldn't even eat mine. Lastly, the dinner rolls were again stale... At least day old, they were terrible and I was very dissatisfied with the meal.. We chose an expensive dinner, beef, but it was ruined by those 2 items. So, please make sure you don't order those potatoes and also insist on fresh rolls. Otherwise the venue was beautiful.

We got married at Wooden Sticks literally 6 days ago and I just had to write a review while its fresh in my head :) It was the BEST DAY EVER! The coordinator, Cathy Grant, was THE BEST! She answered all our questions so quickly, helped us with making decisions, was on. the. ball on the big day. She did everything! She helped organize all our family and friends into the cabins, coordinated delivering food to the cabins while we were getting ready, liaised with our officiant, DJ and photographer, and a million other things, all with a smile on her face! Honestly, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Just a few photos to highlight party/reception room, photography opportunities around the venue, and comfort of the cabins to get ready in. Just the best! Thank you to Cathy and all of the Wooden Sticks Staff!

My husband and I had our dream wedding here in September 2018. It was everything we wanted and more. Our wedding was 75 guests and the setting was perfect. Beautiful outdoor ceremony in their gardens, cocktail hour overlooking the golf course, and fine dining reception. Our guests raved about the food. Everything was within close proximity for our guests and the onsite cabins allowed us to stay overnight and provide an area for the groomsmen to get ready onsite. Cathy was wonderful to work with and made our wedding planning easy especially with two little kids. I couldn't have asked for a better day and wish I could do it all over again!

My husband I got married at Wooden Sticks in May 2018. We were thrilled with both the venue and the events coordinator (Cathy Grant) the entire process. The Pavilion was the perfect location for both our ceremony and reception. When the weather didn't want to co-operate the staff at Wooden Sticks made sure everything went smoothly. Everything turned out beautifully, and I never had any stress or worry with Wooden Sticks or the staff. My husband especially enjoyed the round of golf with friends and family the morning of our wedding day. The perfect spot for the perfect day.

My wife and I were married at Wooden Sticks Golf and Country Club in 2018 and we could not have chosen a better venue. The events coordinator (Cathy Grant) assisted us throughout the entire process from start to finish and this relieved so much stress from the planning side of things. In addition, the catering staff and all those involved in the planning and execution of our wedding went over and above! They answered all of our questions in a professional manner, and our friends & relatives still rave about the venue selection to this day. The views are great, the venue allows you to take some wonderful photos, and they respected our wishes for all the outside the box ideas we had to make our wedding day special. We could not recommend a better place - and for all the grooms out there to be - the round of golf provided the day before the wedding is a nice touch for you and your wedding party. Just make sure to wear sunscreen so your wife doesn't get angry for the golf tan you may occur before your big day!
