This 5/5 review is for the senior planner Veronique Caron. She joined us later in our planning process and got up to speed extremely quickly to pull our wedding off without a hitch. Organisation: Veronique is incredibly organised with both the bride & groom and the vendors. She is incredibly transparent, creating a detailed timeline and to-do list for us to share with vendors, and helped us stay on track. We were planning from out of country at the time, and moving back in the final weeks leading up to the wedding, so we were extremely grateful to her for keeping us on track. Client service: Working in client services & hospitality ourselves, David and I had high expectations for how our planner would work with us which Veronique met and exceeded. She was very thoughtful with both us and our families, she is incredibly diplomatic and friendly, but also able to assert a firm hand when needed. She was incredibly accessible - particularly while we were in different timezones - and always made sure she got back to us within 24 hrs. She was happy to work to our schedule and prepared us with great task lists, with enough notice for us to get them done. Expertise: No two weddings are the same, and it's clear Veronique takes her years of experience and applies it to each event she organizes. Her attention to the small things, the questions she asked our venue and vendors, and the advice she gave us along the way demonstrated a very thoughtful and experience approach to planning. Day-of: Perhaps the most important thing for a wedding planner is how they are on the day of. And we could not be more positive. Veronique kept us on time, she was firm with our bridal party and family to keep them organized, but always with a smile and such calm, collected grace. Everyone in our bridal party said they were very impressed with her and really enjoyed working with her. We could not recommend Veronique more highly, and hope to work with her again for other events in future. Thank you Veronique. You were a God send!
